Ricarda

In July 2006, at the initiative of Michel François, 13 artists were invited to live at Casa Gomis and film, each freely, with or without actors, the sequences of images that the place inspired in them.
A major architectural work of the 1950s, built by the architect Antoni Bonet in the middle of a pine forest on the Ricarda estate, this once-thriving meeting place (Tapiès, Cage, Miró, etc.) has gradually become hemmed in by the sea, the growing suburbs of Barcelona, ​​and its ever-expanding airport. It is now impossible to live there.
