"During the time Ansuya Blom lived and worked in Meudon in France she regularly went out for a walk from her house to the woods and back. The sound of rustling leaves and cracking twigs led to 70 contour drawings of plants and leaves. Images stained by ink spots and fingerprints, related to hand written time lines, make this publication a book about downtrodding while walking and of leaving traces while drawing.".
