C4: Nazgol Ansarinia, Mercedes Azpilicueta, Invernomuto, Diamond Stingily

Published on the occasion of the exhibition C4 at Kunstmuseum Liechtenstein, this book documents a broad investigation and presentation conceived by the museum’s director, Letizia Ragaglia. C4 featured four separate displays in which Nazgol Ansarinia, Mercedes Azpilicueta, Invernomuto, and Diamond Stingily were invited to engage with the museum’s collection. The ‘C’ in the title refers to the ‘collection’ as the basis and starting point, but the ‘C’ has other connotations as well: a productive ‘contamination’ among the artists, between their works and works from the collection; ‘cooperation’—a multiplicity of voices in the production of the show that becomes visible and that also embodies a stance; ‘crossover’—disciplines such as sound and performance play a major part.”
