The 15th edition of LOOP Barcelona is a renewal of its commitment to support and work with our community, that of the moving image. Its context has evolved from the first edition in 2003: the production and distribution of images is within reach of practically anyone - by 2013, 4,4 billion mobiles with built-in cameras had already been sold.
With the intention of continually promoting reflection, this publication connects the content of this edition and offers an extensive view of the entire scene: both in its origin and today.
