TYT [Take Your Time] Vol.5 : the kitchen

An in-house production, TYT [Take Your Time] presents current research and projects by artist Olafur Eliasson and his studio in the format of an intermittently recurring magazine, with an emphasis on the process of developing and testing ideas and artworks. The latest volume, "TYT [Take Your Time], Vol. 5: The Kitchen", takes the form of an extended artist's book / cookbook of 368 pages and focuses on the studio's kitchen - its work, research, and experiments. Since the work and food thinking of the kitchen team are closely connected with the projects, symposia, workshops, openings, and events at the studio as well as the Institut für Raumexperimente and the studio's project space Grey Sheep, the book is a portrait of the studio seen from the perspective of the kitchen.
